Biography
Issa Veld's work began as a private joke about hold music and grew into something quieter and stranger. She builds long, looping pieces from contact-mic recordings of municipal buildings, foyer plants and closed-loop ventilation systems. Her album "Iso/Static" is dedicated to the security guard who let her in after hours.
