Biography
Halden Vire began recording on a borrowed upright in a disused ferry terminal outside Oslo. Her work since has lived in the seam between chamber piano and the cassette four-track — patient, single-take, occasionally interrupted by weather. She has scored two short films, one ballet, and a museum installation about reclaimed light.
